A single family gut renovation in 2023 in the quite neighborhood of South Boston, just moments from the beach. The vision of this space was to provide detailed craftsmanship while harnessing the limited space in which to do so. With all of this, it was important to us that the future owners had private outdoor area to escape to on warm summer nights.

Pegan Lane, Dover MA

Pegan Lane was 10 acres of developable land transformed into its own private retreat. This newly constructed 5000+ square foot home featured expansive living space with 4 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms. Detached from the house was a two-story 3 bay garage, all of which was set back from the public roads of the very desirable Dover, Massachusetts.
